Party Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Bubbler VR, 568 Charles St, Providence, RI 02904 (“Sponsor”). Questions: bubblerprovidence@gmail.com or (401) 372 7248.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT and ends October 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT(the “Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

Complete the entry form on the Private Parties page at thebubblervr.com during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry form per person and phone number; duplicate submissions do not earn extra entries.

Bonus entries: after entering, you receive a personal referral link. You earn one (1) bonus entry for each eligible new person who enters using your link. Entries made with false, duplicate, or automated information are void, along with any bonus entries they generated.

5. Prizes

First Prize (1): a 2 hour private party at The Bubbler VR for up to 15guests, including the service fee. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $550. If the First Prize winner entered through another entrant’s referral link, that referring entrant also wins a First Prize.

Second Prize (up to 500): $150 off one (1) private party of two (2) or more hours at The Bubbler VR (standard rate $250/hour plus $50 service fee), booked with the standard deposit within 72 hours of the Second Prize notification. ARV: $150.

Prize parties are subject to availability, must be scheduled within 60 days of notification, and must take place by March 31, 2027. Prizes are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. Food, drinks, and extras not listed above are not included.

6. Drawing & Odds

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, October 7 at 11:59 PM EDT. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by text message and/or email using the contact information provided. If a First Prize winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. General

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Winners may be asked to permit use of their first name and city for promotional purposes where permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or technical failures. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical problems compromise its integrity. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google.

9. Privacy

Information you submit is used to administer the giveaway and, if you opted in, to send you texts about Bubbler VR offers. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

10. Winners List

For the First Prize winner’s first name, email bubblerprovidence@gmail.com within 30 days after the drawing.
